Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. All delivery options available for your order and destination will be displayed at checkout.
Lead time is the number of business days between when your order is placed and when it ships from our facility — transit time to your address is additional. These figures vary day‑to‑day based on incoming orders, production, and shipping activity.

After you place an order you'll receive an email confirmation containing all the details of your purchase. If we need any additional information to verify payment, we'll reach out.
Once your order is approved and enters production, we aim to ship as soon as the lead time above is reached. When it ships, we'll email you tracking information and an estimated arrival date.
